Puppy Process

Thank you for having an interest in one of my puppies! In order to get on the reservation list, you must put down a $500 non-refundable (but transferable) deposit & fill out a puppy application. Please read our Purchase Agreement & Health Guarantee/Spay Neuter Contract and contact me about any and all questions before you make your deposit! Please note, you will have to sign the contracts before you take your new puppy home with you. You can make the deposit by either using Bank Wire, Venmo, or Zelle. The order of the deposits is the order for the list of choosing a puppy, not the puppy application. You can put down a deposit for a future litter as well.

When your dog goes home it will:

-Be up to date on their vaccinations

       -Have been dewormed

       -Tails & declaws removed

-Seen by a vet to ensure it's in great health

-Will have a go-home goody bag

-You will have a copy of vaccine records

-A start to potty training with puppy pads

       -A start to crate training

-Bathed and ready to meet you!

Around the 4/5-week, age mark is when we have a better understanding of the puppy's personality and complete the Volhard Puppy Aptitude Test.  Around that time is when we let customers start choosing the dog, they would like to take home! If you are in the area, I always invite people to our home to see the puppies in person. If that is not an option for you, we can always face time so you can see & meet the litter. Every week I send out emails updating everyone on how the litter is doing, their current weights, and current pictures. Throughout the weeks I always give little tidbits on how I run my kennel & tips to make the transition easier when you receive your new puppy!

When you buy a puppy from my program, I try to go above and beyond for each of my customers. Every week I send out emails with new individual photos of each puppy and a little update on what is new and how they are progressing. I always encourage my customers to contact me whenever they have a questions or concerns. I will always be up to video calling for my out of state customers so you can personally see the litter. Buying out of state is always a little nerve wracking, but I try to make it as soothing as possible. When you take your new puppy home, I also am always available for past customers incase anything happens, and you could use some advice.

Again, please always reach out to me before putting in your deposit so I know which litter you are interested in!
